Prospect Health is assisting with a Multisite Pharmacist role across Bristol and Somerset, covering three hospital-based locations. The role involves travel between sites and may include overnight stays, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Your responsibilities include dispensing medicines, providing patient counselling, conducting medication reviews, maintaining records and stock, supporting immunisation services, and promoting safe medicines management across sites.

• Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC.

We are currently seeking an experienced Multisite Pharmacist to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care across Bristol and Somerset, covering three hospital-based locations. • Provide patients with clear medication counselling, advice and support.
• Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient care.
• Conduct medication reviews and support safe and effective medicines management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure appropriate stock and inventory management.
• Provide immunisation services where applicable.
• Offer advice regarding over-the-counter medicines and healthcare products.
• Contribute to health promotion and wider public health initiatives.
• Maintain consistently high standards of patient safety and pharmaceutical care across all sites.

What We're Looking For

• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
