Job summary

Weldricks Pharmacy in Doncaster is seeking a pharmacist passionate about community care and NHS provision. You will use clinical expertise to support NHS services, advise patients, and lead the delivery of private and NHS offerings in a fast-paced branch attached to a GP setting.

Job description

We are looking for a pharmacist that is passionate about community pharmacy and who wants to make a difference to our patients in their community. You will possess excellent clinical skills and knowledge of pharmacy provision within the NHS. You will share expert knowledge and give caring advice as well as leading the delivery of private and NHS services.

They will have great commercial awareness and business acumen which is key to the future of community pharmacy. The candidate will be accountable for building the capability of branch teams as well as supporting their peers. Continual review of the branch performance will be undertaken to ensure customer service and patient safety is paramount, while leading the company strategy. You will have the aspiration to drive the business forward, bringing fresh ideas to promote positive change.

The candidate will be required to build relationships with the local community, leading the team to ensure efficiencies and enhance the processes delivered to display excellent patient care. They will be involved in improving the health and wellbeing of our communities with the aim of being the first choice for healthcare across South Yorkshire and North Lincs.

You will carry out your duties professionally, observing all regulatory and legal requirements, as well as adhering to company policies and procedures.

Branch Details: At the heart of the community, this fast-paced branch is attached to a GP Surgery and has a high footfall. With another branch in close proximity, there is plenty of support on hand. There is plenty of potential to develop the existing wide range of services already on offer.
