Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Proven experience in a community pharmacy setting with management experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to patient care and safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare trends.
• Flexible and positive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee a dedicated team of pharmacy staff, providing guidance, support and training.
• Dispense medicines accurately and legally, with counselling and patient support.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient care.
• Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage inventory.
• Provide immunisation services where applicable.
• Advise on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products.
• Participate in health promotion and public health initiatives.
