Job summary

Lincolnshire Co-op is seeking a Pharmacist Manager at our Lincolnshire location to lead a busy community pharmacy. You will deliver safe clinical care, manage stock and staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while shaping patient services.

This role blends clinical leadership with commercial awareness, fostering relationships with patients and local healthcare professionals to expand NHS services and community care.

Qualifications

• Qualified pharmacist with MPharm and GPhC registration.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver NHS services.
• Strong commitment to patient safety and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and support the pharmacy team to create a positive learning environment.
• Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care including prescriptions and pharmacy services.
• Build trusted relationships with patients, colleagues and healthcare professionals.
• Champion NHS and local pharmacy services to improve patient access and outcomes.
• Ensure patient safety, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, stock, records and processes.
