Practice Plus Group Hospital in Southampton is seeking a Bank Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team. You will review prescriptions, optimise medicines and counsel patients and carers to ensure safe, effective care across inpatient, outpatient and day-patient services.

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support discharge planning, dispensary cover and medicines governance, while contributing to audits, incident management and ongoing staff training.

Qualificações

• GPhC-registered Pharmacist with experience in a similar role.
• Hospital experience would be advantageous.

Are you an experienced Pharmacist looking for a flexible bank opportunity where you can make a real difference to patient care?, Working closely with our multidisciplinary clinical teams, youll provide expert pharmaceutical advice and support throughout the patient journey.
