An exciting opportunity has arisen for an advanced clinical pharmacist to join the Pharmacy team at Lister Hospital, East & North Hertfordshire Trust. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with a keen interest, or experience, in obstetrics and gynaecology.
You will be the directorate lead pharmacist for Obstetrics and Gynaecology for the East and North Herts Teaching NHS Trust, providing clinical and pharmacy services to all areas within the Maternity Unit and Gynaecology wards. In this line management role you will select, manage, develop and appraise staff working within the department.

The successful candidate will provide evaluated pharmaceutical and financial information to general managers and lead consultants, offering expert pharmaceutical advice on complex issues across the organisation and supporting the education and development of other staff.
You will be required to carry out general dispensing and associated clinical and pharmaceutical duties and assist with the provision of the pharmaceutical service to the East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust.
