Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a pharmacist to join our in-store team in the UK. You will deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services, uphold patient safety and pharmacy compliance, and work with a supportive team using our tools.

You will lead patient care, grow talent, and represent Boots within the community and with healthcare professionals. A collaborative, coaching mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and an eagerness to coach and guide others
