Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Pharmacist to join our team in Saffron Walden. You will use clinical expertise daily, delivering trusted care and services with a supportive team and modern tools.

You will lead patient safety, ensure pharmacy compliance, and help develop the capabilities of colleagues while representing Boots in the local community. The role emphasizes delivering NHS, private, and locally commissioned services, with opportunities to grow within Boots across clinical services and leadership

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and eagerness to coach and guide others.
