Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading the safe and effective running of the pharmacy and healthcare business while staying visible and accessible to patients and your team.
• Taking ownership of commercial and clinical performance, with a focus on raising standards and delivering strong patient outcomes.
• Delivering NHS, locally commissioned, and private services and embracing the use of technology to enhance the patient experience.
• Consistently monitoring and evaluating pharmacy standards and safety to ensure patients, customers, and team members are always protected.
• Working in partnership with the Store Manager to develop the capability, confidence, and cohesion of the healthcare team.
• Inspiring and coaching colleagues to grow in their roles, building a team culture based on performance, development, and shared ambition.

• Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, or PSI)

Need To Know

We are looking for a passionate and driven Pharmacist to join our team in Camelford, PL32 9PD.

You will be joining a lovely, close knitted team and working with a team of 5 which includes your store manager, trainee dispenser, trainee pharmacy technician and 2 trained dispensers. The store does approx. 6000 items per month and offers services such as: Pharmacy First, ABPM, Blood Pressure, Contraception, NMS and MOT test.

There will be excellent support from an experienced Area Manager and Director of stores.

Regarding the location of the store, you will be in a lovely town that builds strong relationships with patients and has a strong support system. You will be supported with a relocation package if relocating and there will be an enhanced package on offer.
