Boots UK is seeking a Pharmacist to deliver NHS, private and locally commissioned services with clinical expertise and a collaborative team. The role emphasizes patient safety, regulatory compliance, and community-facing care within a busy Boots store.

You will lead care standards, support store teams, and help develop the capabilities of colleagues while representing Boots with local healthcare professionals and the community.

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC/PSNI/PSI)

• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting

What You’ll Be Doing

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and an eagerness to coach and guide others
