Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to changing circumstances.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across multiple departments.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital scheduling systems.
• Experience in scheduling, planning, resource coordination or operations support.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical development, scientific, laboratory or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, GxP or regulated laboratory environments.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational reporting.
• Gain exposure to a broad range of Pharmaceutical Sciences activities and workflows.
• Develop expertise in resource planning and scheduling within a highly regulated scientific environment.
• Build relationships across scientific, technical and operational teams.
• Develop project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedules for Pharmaceutical Sciences activities to support study delivery.
• Coordinate resources, staff allocation and equipment availability to maximise efficiency.
• Plan maintenance activities and annual shutdowns with Technical Operations.
• Manage changes to schedules and priorities to meet client needs.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and disruptions.
• Support implementation and improvement of site scheduling systems.
• Ensure documentation and data are accurate and compliant.
