Job summary

PCI TRGR Penn Pharmaceutical Services Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operative to perform warehouse operations including picking, goods inward and despatch, and to maintain paperwork and records in line with procedures.

You will read and record temperature monitors, manage logbooks for changes to controlled areas, assist with equipment maintenance, and ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards; training may occur at PCI Stamullen.

Qualifications

IT literate in standard packages.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Team player.
Desirable previous warehouse/pharmaceutical experience is desirable.
Prior ERP system experience.

Responsibilities

To perform warehouse operations including the picking of product, goods inward and despatch including all supporting paperwork as per company procedures.
To perform reconciliation and destruction operations including all supporting paperwork as per company procedures.
To maintain/improve the appearance and cleanliness of both warehouses.
To complete all duties under warehouse ownership, such being cleanliness, control of pack conditioning, generator tests, consumable orders etc.
To read and record temperature monitors on receipt and communicate to relevant parties.
To document any changes to controlled areas by the logbook system.
To assist with the maintenance of equipment.
To comply with the Company’s Health and Safety standards.
