Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is recruiting for a warehouse operative in Bridgend. The role covers picking, goods inward/despatch, paperwork, temperature monitoring, and adherence to health and safety standards. Occasional training for Stamullen assignments may be required to support Bridgend projects.

Ideal candidates will hold a forklift licence and have IT literacy, strong attention to detail, and good communication as part of a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence is essential.
• Desirable pharma/warehouse experience.
• ERP system experience desirable.
• Maths and English GCSEs desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse operations including picking, goods inward and despatch with paperwork.
• Carry out reconciliation and destruction operations with paperwork.
• Maintain and improve appearance/cleanliness of warehouses.
• Complete duties under warehouse ownership (cleanliness, pack conditioning, generator tests, consumable orders).
• Read and record temperature monitors on receipt and communicate results.
• Document changes to controlled areas using logbook system.
• Assist with equipment maintenance.
• Comply with Health and Safety standards.
• When required, perform duties at PCI Stamullen with proper training and records.
• Scope of Stamullen work limited to projects from Bridgend facility.
• IT literate in standard packages.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
