The ideal candidate will blend deep pharma expertise with strategic product leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. This role requires a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and a strong focus on data-driven decisions to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D, product management, or clinical strategy.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, EMA, ICH).
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy aligned with R&D and business objectives.
• Identify unmet medical needs and market opportunities.
• Translate R&D pipeline assets into structured product development plans.
• Support evidence-generation strategies and clinical positioning.
• Lead product planning from early-stage development through commercialization support.
