Job summary

Initially site-based with hybrid working after probation and flexible hours, the role offers £80,000–£85,000 plus a bonus as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical industry knowledge essential
• Extensive QA leadership in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of GMP, ISO 9001, QMS
• Experience with EXCiPACT and IPEC guidelines
• Experience overseeing raw material and finished product QA
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary quality teams
• Auditing, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement experience
• Commercial awareness and ability to influence senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the site's Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 9001, EXCiPACT and IPEC guidelines
• Oversee raw material and finished product QA including release decisions
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary quality teams
• Manage quality audits, regulatory compliance and customer quality requirements
• Oversee change control, CAPA, risk management and controlled documentation
• Drive continuous improvement and strengthen quality culture across the site
• Collaborate with senior leadership and global teams to deliver strategic quality objectives
