Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in Thetford is recruiting Production Technicians for the Isolator department to manufacture life-saving antibiotics and chemotherapy products in a cleanroom. You will work in PPE, follow SOPs, and participate in sign-off training to build a long-term pharmaceutical career.

Starting salary is £27,000 with a shift allowance; Sunday-Thursday 20:00-04:00. Training provided and opportunities for progression, with a strong emphasis on quality and patient safety.

Qualifications

• GMP knowledge is desirable but not essential.
• GCSE English and Maths are required.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication with other departments are necessary.
• Compassion and understanding that products go directly to patients.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing: Prepare, compound, and inspect pharmaceutical products following SOPs.
• Labelling & Dispensing: Label all products according to exact specifications.
• Cleanroom Operations: Maintain isolator inventory and validate aseptic techniques.
• Sanitisation: Clean and sanitise equipment and components to regulatory standards.
• Monitoring: Complete routine equipment sampling, testing, and facility cleaning.
• Environment: Work on your feet wearing specialized cleanroom PPE/gowns.
