Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in the United Kingdom. You will operate the process plant for icodextrin, follow GDP, GMP and EHS standards, and work with the Team Leader to meet daily production targets.

You will maintain 6S, carry out routine maintenance, document batch operations, and support safety and waste programs. Previous experience with process plants and safety compliance is preferred; training will be provided to ensure quality and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience operating a process plant and following GMP, GDP.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental standards.
• Familiarity with batch documentation and deviation reporting.

Responsibilities

• Operate the process plant used in manufacture of icodextrin.
• Follow guidance of Team Leader to complete duties on time.
• Maintain batch records per GDP and report deviations in writing.
• Ensure area clearances per procedure and adhere to safety rules.
• Inspect and maintain equipment; support maintenance teams as needed.
