Proclinical is seeking a Pharmaceutical Legal Counsel to provide legal compliance and governance support in a dynamic and growing environment. This role focuses on commercial contracts and offers opportunities for professional growth.

• Qualified UK solicitor with current practicing certificate.
• Experience advising clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Expertise in IP, commercial, data, and confidentiality matters.

Mansioni

• Advise, review, negotiate, and draft agreements including licensing, clinical research, R&D services, manufacturing, development, distribution, sales rebates, confidentiality, and consulting agreements.
• Provide proactive and pragmatic legal support for new business initiatives including strategic transactions.
• Identify need for corporate policies, SOPs, and guidance documents.
• Review and counsel on promotional and non-promotional materials (sales, marketing, digital media, disease-state education).
• Collaborate with corporate legal to ensure consistency with group policies.
• Enhance efficiency of legal processes by developing standard-form contracts.
• Deliver training on contractual matters and other legal/compliance issues.
• Manage external counsel when required.
• Support compliance activities related to FDA regulations, fraud and abuse laws, healthcare program obligations, and global anti-bribery laws.
• Perform other duties as determined by business needs.
