Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a 2nd shift analytical chemist to perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analyses of APIs and finished products in a GMP environment. You will operate HPLC, Karl Fischer, UV/Vis, IR, DSC, and related systems, prepare samples, validate processes, and document with precision.

Requires a Bachelor's in Chemistry or related field, plus 1–2 years GMP and 1–2 years HPLC experience. On-site role in Lancaster, PA with full benefits and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field
• 1–2 years GMP industry experience
• 1–2 years HPLC industry experience

Responsibilities

• Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analyses of pharmaceuticals and products to GMP standards.
• Run instrumentation independently including HPLC, Karl Fischer, UV/Vis, IR, DSC, and other methods.
• Prepare samples, set up and validate new analytical processes in the department.
• Document work for GMP compliance and transfer methods.
• Perform monthly maintenance of laboratory equipment.
