Responsibilities

• Support the FM Lead in managing soft services contracts.
• Collaborate with service providers to ensure high quality.
• Conduct regular inspections of building fabric and soft service areas.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans.
• Ensure activities adhere to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets for soft services and identify cost saving opportunities.
• Lead small to medium refurbishment or repair projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
