Job summary

Beast Golf Academy invites a Fully Qualified PGA Professional to join GolfPod Rickmansworth as a lead coach in a self-employed, full-time role. You will manage your diary with franchise flexibility and growth potential at a new premium venue.

Beast Golf provides online booking, marketing tools, and support to grow your client base while you deliver high-quality coaching to all ages and abilities.

Qualifications

• Fully Qualified PGA Professional or PGA Coach.
• Motivated to work hard and build or grow your client base.
• Meet service guidelines for both Beast Golf Academy and GolfPod brands.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first class 1-1 and group coaching to all levels of golfer at every age.
• Weekly group sessions targeted at Ladies, Juniors, seniors and beginners.
• Run on site events for Beast Golf and GolfPod.
• Help golfers improve through clear observation, communication and practical coaching interventions.
• Learn and apply the Beast Golf approach to lesson delivery, client communication and coaching standards.
• Take part in observation, mentoring, debriefs and ongoing coach development.
• Use video analysis via Onform, foresight data and other coaching tools where required.
• Maintain accurate client notes and follow-up records via Onform.
• Represent Beast golf professionally as well as GolfPod and be an Ambassador for both brands.

Self Employed role, full-time with start date flexible from November

High earning potential at a fantastic new venue – rent/commission structures negotiable. Assistant Coach can be recruited subject to negotiations.

An exciting opportunity for a full time coach at GolfPod Rickmansworth under the Beast Golf Academy banner.

The role will be a franchise model with flexibility to control your own diary.

Beast golf will provide online booking services, social media and traditional marketing tools to help grow earning potential and increase client base.

The venue

GolfPod Rickmansworth at Rickmansworth Golf Club is scheduled to open mid October and will be the 3rd GolfPod site to open.
