Job summary

Fairways London is seeking a PGA qualified coach to build a full diary within our premium indoor venue in the City. You will coach all abilities, using TrackMan technology, and work within our established booking system to secure ongoing client engagement.

The role offers a fully equipped venue, marketing support and access to a growing member base. You will earn via a tiered rate card with significant upside as you develop your client base over time.

Qualifications

• PGA qualified coach with ability to coach all abilities.
• Fully committed to full-time presence on-site (30-50 hours/week).
• Professional, presentable and reliable; represents Fairways brand.
• Willing to work within the coaching framework and rate card.

Responsibilities

• Build a full diary within the venue.
• Deliver coaching to clients of varying abilities.
• Utilise TrackMan technology in every bay to track progress.
• Support marketing and grow the membership base from day one.

About us

Fairways London is a premium indoor golf venue in the heart of the City, with six TrackMan IO bays offering coaching, simulator hire, custom fitting and membership. Our client base is predominantly City professionals who expect a high standard of service and measurable improvement — and who book, and rebook, accordingly.

The opportunity

We’re looking for a PGA qualified coach to build a full diary within our venue. Earnings sit on our tiered coaching rate card and are directly linked to the lessons you deliver and the clients you keep coming back — a driven coach in a venue like this, in a location like this, can earn very well.

What we provide is the platform: a fully equipped venue in one of the busiest corners of the City, TrackMan technology in every bay, a central booking system that fills your diary, marketing support, and an established and growing membership base to coach from day one.

What we’re looking for

• PGA qualified
• Comfortable coaching all abilities, from complete beginners to low handicappers
• Professional, presentable and reliable — you’re representing the Fairways brand
• Commercially driven, with the appetite to build and retain your own client base
• Willing to work within our coaching framework, rate card and standards.

Able to commit to consistent, full-time presence at the venue — in practice around 30-50 hours a week on site.

OTE of £60k-£80kpa (a successful candidate will earn more after 2-3 years)
