Are you a contract manager with experience in PFI / PPP and other non-PFI contracts?

My client is looking for an experienced Contract Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of FM services across assigned PFI / PPP and Non-PFI contracts. The successful candidate will work closely with the Account Manager and key internal stakeholders to ensure full compliance with contractual and statutory requirements, while driving performance, profitability, and service excellence.

You will be responsible for managing resources, ensuring health and safety standards are upheld, maintaining client relationships, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day FM operations to ensure service delivery meets contractual and statutory standards.
  • Oversee budgets and P&L performance, ensuring value for money.
  • Develop site-specific procedures and ensure compliance with FM and Project Agreements.
  • Lead and develop staff to maintain high performance and a positive culture.
  • Maintain client relationships and provide monthly performance and compliance reports.
  • Act as Responsible Person for Legionella, LV, CP, and Vent duties.
