Job summary

Admiral is recruiting a Pet Pricing Manager to join the Pet Insurance team. You will shape pricing strategy, lead a team of analysts, and collaborate with stakeholders across Pricing, Data, Underwriting, Product and Technology in a hybrid Cardiff-based role.

You will work with large datasets, advanced analytics, and market insights to drive profitable growth and ensure competitive, sustainable rates aligned with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working within a Pricing environment, ideally General Insurance or Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex pricing reviews, including rating factors and portfolio analysis.
• Develop and present rate change proposals to senior stakeholders.
• Review pricing recommendations produced by analysts and drive improvements across models.
• Identify opportunities to enhance pricing performance through new structures and methodologies.
• Conduct ad-hoc investigations to support business decisions.
• Monitor KPIs and support targets including loss ratio objectives.
