Responsibilities

• Provide flexible support across the contact centre to manage claims.
• Review incoming claims and ensure they are settled within Service Level Agreements.
• Communicate confidently with customers by phone showing empathy.
• Assess claim submissions and review claim documentation.
• Collate information from customers and veterinary practices to assess claims.
• Ensure prompt payment of valid claims and decline invalid claims.
• Identify potentially fraudulent claims and follow referral processes.
• Deliver high customer service through accurate and timely information.
• Establish effective communication with colleagues and customers.
• Demonstrate flexibility to support evolving business needs.
