Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Company is seeking a Consumer Experience Specialist in Woking, Surrey, for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will deliver outstanding customer service across telephone, email, social media, and written correspondence, acting as a key brand ambassador for Hill's pet care ranges.

You will work within the Customer Experience team to ensure timely, accurate resolutions, uphold service levels, and support departments with quality reporting and program administration.

Qualifications

• Registered Veterinary Nurse qualification required.
• Experience with veterinary clinical protocols or animal nutrition care preferred.
• Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
• Proficiency in Hill's product ranges knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and consumer enquiries across email, phone, social media, and written correspondence, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
• Uphold agreed Consumer Service Levels and Standards while maintaining objectivity and accuracy in recording and processing information.
• Manage and escape sensitive quality reports according to business procedures, contributing to product quality oversight and database maintenance.
• Administer key departmental programs and specialized services, including 100% Satisfaction Guarantee claims, Urolith Analysis, and Veterinary Consultation support.
• Maintain, monitor, and refine operational protocols and statistics to ensure continuous optimization of departmental activities.
