Job summary

Vets4Pets Fort Kinnaird is hiring a Pet Health Advisor to deliver outstanding customer care and to support our clinical team in a busy veterinary practice.

You’ll welcome clients and their pets, manage appointments, answer queries, and assist with records and admin tasks. This full‑time role is 35 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. Full training is provided with ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service experience is essential.
• Ability to create a positive experience for every customer.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets and ensure a warm welcome.
• Manage appointments and support the clinical team with admin tasks.
• Answer queries via phone and email and maintain accurate records.
