Overview

Ecolab is looking for a Pest Technician to join our Pest Elimination team on a full‑time permanent basis. The role will support pest control activities and build strong relationships with customers, including global brands.

Salary & Benefits

• Starting salary £26,200 – £29,000, dependant on experience
• £3,000 London Weighting Allowance if you reside in the M25 area

Pest Technician Role

The Pest Technician will manage pest control activities, advise on preventative solutions, and maintain relationships with customers. The role offers flexibility in diary and route planning, and a supportive network for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and retain relationships with our customers, who include Global brands
• Have excellent communication skills
• Take responsibility for controlling and eradicating pests
• Be able to problem solve and offer solutions
• Deliver verbal and written reports to clients by using the latest Apple technology
• Have the flexibility to manage your own workload, by efficiently and effectively planning your own diary
• Be responsible for managing your own stock levels to service your customers
• Be able to take a proactive and reactive approach to your work
