Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Pest Control Technician to cover Southall, Hounslow and surrounding areas. No prior experience required as comprehensive training is provided. You will manage your own schedule and resolve customer pest issues in person.

Salary starts at £27,788 with a £3,000 South East allowance and an expected OTE of £35,000. A full UK driving licence, strong customer service and flexibility are essential; relocation help may be available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above.
• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible with working patterns to support business needs.
• DBS check may be required for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify risks.
• Tackle pest problems and remove evidence of pest activity.
• Advise customers on premises maintenance and hygiene.
• Complete accurate reports after every visit.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image.
