Job summary

ARVAG Ltd is hiring a full-time Pest Control Technician to provide expert pest control services across London, with proofing guidance. The role requires BPCA Level 2 or RSPH training and prior industry experience, plus a full driving licence for travel to sites.

Responsibilities include advising clients on pest prevention methods and carrying out proofing works. A van and uniform are provided; must be available for weekend and out-of-hours work.

Job description

Pest Control Technician

We are currently recruiting for a full‑time qualified pest control technician. The role requires the following:

• BPCA LEVEL 2 or RSPH training with previous industry experience in pest control.
• Full driving licence, as travel to various locations throughout London is required.
• Hardworking, trustworthy, independent, with good organisation and communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Well‑presented and friendly.
• Able to advise clients regarding all aspects of pest control including proofing.
• Availability to work on site from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Shift rotation for weekend and out‑of‑hours work.

You will be required to undertake proofing works to prevent pest infestation.

• Van, equipment and uniform supplied.

Location

Technician ideally located north side of the river to service clients in NW, North, East, West and SW London. Occasional coverage of other London areas may be required.

Schedule and Benefits

Shift length: 8 hours.

Days: Monday to Friday.

Weekend availability: Required.

Experience: 2 years in pest control.

Certifications: Driving licence.

Contract: Full‑time, Permanent.

Salary: Negotiable. Van provided.
