Job summary

Stagecoach Perth is seeking a Trainee Bus Driver to start a career with paid training and full support to gain a PCV licence. The role is based at our Perth depot on Inveralmond Ind Estate, with training paid at £14.04 per hour for 6-8 weeks and potential annual earnings of £31,636 once qualified, based on a 39-hour week.

No prior bus driving experience is required. You will join a safety-conscious team focused on delivering excellent customer service and community transport across Perthshire.

Qualifications

• No prior bus driving experience required.
• Must be 18+ and hold a UK driving licence.
• Willing to undertake PCV licence training to become a qualified driver.

Responsibilities

• Complete industry-leading training and obtain a PCV licence.
• Drive our buses safely and confidently on a rota; deliver great customer service.
• Create a welcoming, helpful environment for customers and maintain high service standards.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
