Join a global energy sector business as a Personnel Logistics Coordinator for at least 6 months. You’ll act as the focal point for assigned vessels, managing safe, compliant and timely crew changes across international operations.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Mobilising/demobilising offshore personnel globally to meet defined crew change dates in a timely, cost effective way.
- Briefing stakeholders on vessel specific mobilisation/visa procedures; ensuring all offshore documentation is valid before travel.
- Coordinating training/medicals with HR so refreshers align with rotation dates.
- Booking and managing travel (flights, cars, hotels, rail) via the Travel Management Company, in line with contractual and operational requirements and client work instructions.
- Maintaining accurate records: Updating the Offshore Personnel Tracker, offshore files and HR headcount to capture on/off rotations and vessel movements.
- Capturing preferences: Keeping personal/travel preferences current and ensuring HR receives updates for processing.
- Arranging client specific courses in partnership with the Training Team.
Applicants to this role require
- Previous experience coordinating international travel and visas in a fast paced personnel logistics function.
- Strong knowledge of visa processes, offshore training/certification frameworks and international travel requirements/restrictions.
- IT literate with confidence using Microsoft Office.
- A calm, organised approach with clear stakeholder communication and a sharp eye for detail.
