Virgin Active is seeking a Personal Trainer to join our innovative wellness clubs, delivering exceptional coaching and shaping lifestyles. You will work within a model that offers stability with flexible hours, focusing on high-quality sessions and client development.

You will design personalised programmes, build strong relationships, and help members achieve their goals while growing your client base and contributing to a premium member journey across club teams.

Qualifications

• REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent required.
• Building your PT career with a strong client base.
• Strong presence and professionalism on the gym floor.
• Commercial mindset with drive to grow your business.
• Ability to build trust quickly and create lasting relationships.
