Virgin Active in Northampton is seeking an Elite Personal Trainer to drive premium member experiences and deliver high-quality training. You will design tailored programmes, nurture client relationships and actively grow your client base while upholding the club’s standards of professionalism.

This permanent role offers flexible hours within a zero-hours model and access to the brand’s Training Academy to support ongoing development and progression.

Qualifications

• REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent.
• Virgin Active Level 4 Nutrition qualification.
• Established, high-performing PT ready to operate at a premium level.
