You will create programming plans and guide members in the gym to help them achieve their goals, with support for growing your client base through induction and CDP courses.

Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply.
• Passionate about health and fitness and able to inspire our members to achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Have a passion about customer service.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high quality Personal Training sessions.
• Create programming plans for members.
• Guide members in the gym environment to support goals.
• Support growing your client base with a 3 day PT induction and continue developing through CDP courses.
• Contribute to an inclusive culture and engaging member experience.
