Job summary

Nuffield Health in St Albans is seeking a Part-time Personal Trainer to join our gym, covering gym floor hours and helping members achieve their fitness goals. This role requires REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner and offers a pro-rata OTE.

You will earn between £29,461.12 and £40,905.28 per year pro rata, for 4 hours per week with opportunities to grow into Wellbeing Lead and management roles, plus in-house training and CPD.

Qualifications

• Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with CIMSPA Practitioner membership.
• Experience delivering gym sessions and assessments.
• Excellent communication and ability to motivate members.

Responsibilities

• Connect with and motivate members to reach their fitness goals.
• Deliver a range of sessions and consultations.
• Carry out inductions, Personal Best programmes, group and personal training, and general gym duties.
• Enjoy career progression with opportunities to move into Wellbeing Lead and management roles.
• Access in-house training and CPD, including Les Mills and group cycle.

Personal Trainer St Albans FWC | Fitness | Permanent | Part time 4 hours per week From £29461.12 up to £40905.28 OTE pro rata

A natural communicator, you’re great at listening, understanding and explaining things.

This is a part time role for xxx hours per week, this covers gym floor hours to support you to grow your Personal training hours on top of this.

As part of the qualification requirement of this role all candidates need to be a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and hold a current CIMSPA membership at Personal Trainer Practitioner level, failure to provide will mean that your application cannot be progressed, and we cannot employ you until you have met this requirement.
