Job summary

Frasers Group in Newport, Wales, invites qualified Personal Trainers to build a thriving freelance coaching business inside Everlast Gyms. You’ll coach, tailor programmes and guide lifestyle changes while leveraging an established member base and marketing tools.

You’ll manage client onboarding, run group sessions and events, and grow your PT books with dedicated mentoring from your Fitness Manager. This role offers genuine career progression within a growing fitness brand.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and Public Liability Insurance (£2m+).
• Ability to build a book of clients and deliver personalised coaching.
• Strong communication, customer service and engagement skills.

The Role

As a freelance Personal Trainer, you'll be responsible for helping members achieve their health, fitness and performance goals through personalised coaching, exercise programming and lifestyle support.

Success in this role comes from building meaningful relationships with members, delivering exceptional coaching experiences and creating long-term client results.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

• Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification
• Public Liability Insurance (£2 million cover or above)
