David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Kings Hill is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to deliver high quality training sessions, develop programming plans, and guide members toward their goals within our premium health and wellness environment.

You will support growing your client base with a 3 day PT induction and continue professional development through CDP courses. A flexible, inclusive club culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CIMSPA Level 3 qualification.
• Passionate about health and fitness with the ability to inspire members.
• Strong communication and customer service focus are essential.

Responsibilities

As a Personal Trainer you will deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding our members in the gym environment to support them to achieve their goals.We will support growing your client base with a 3 day PT induction and continue growing your passion within health and fitness through our CDP courses. • 50% net revenue and £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week. (minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per session from your 16th, weekly)

About you:

As a Personal Trainer: Please be aware, you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role You will have a passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals. Have overall great communication and interaction skills Be self-driven with a positive outlook Have a passion about customer service.
