Job description

This is not a standard floor-shift job — it’s a chance to build your own thriving client base with guaranteed support and no rent to pay. You’ll deliver high-quality 1:1 personal training sessions to our 3,500+ member base, help new members get started on the right path, and be supported with mentoring, coaching, and referrals from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and results-driven PT sessions
• Convert trial sessions into long-term clients
• Participate in sales training, member strong start sessions, and new joiner follow-up
• Maintain client records and track session usage. Provide your own system to share programme details and progress with your clients eg. Truecoach
• Represent Manorview brand values professionally and positively at all times

Rate of Pay

• £16 per completed session
• £18 per session if 100+ sessions delivered in a calendar month
