David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Dudley is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group. You will deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, create programming plans and guide our members to achieve their goals in a gym environment.

Competenze

• Must hold Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
• Passion for health and fitness with ability to inspire members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook and customer service focus.

As a Personal Trainer you will deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding our members in the gym environment to support them to achieve their goals. We will support growing your client base with a 3 day PT induction and continue growing your passion within health and fitness through our CDP courses.

Some of our perks

• 50% net revenue and £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week. (minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per sessionfrom your 16th, weekly)
• Flexible working hours – You choose when you are available for 121 training sessions. ( minimum 25 hours a week )

About you

As a Personal Trainer

• Please be aware , you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role
• You will have a passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals .
• Have o verall great communication and interaction skills
• Be s elf-driven with a positive outlook
• Have a passion about customer service.
