Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is looking for a dedicated Personal Trainer to deliver high-quality sessions, create programming plans and guide members in the gym to reach their goals. You will grow your client base, benefit from a 3-day PT induction and ongoing CDP courses, with flexible hours to fit around you.

A Level 3 CIMSPA is required, you will earn via a 50% net revenue share and starting per-session rates (£16 then £21) with extra weekly bonus, plus free club membership for you and your family and

Job description

As a Personal Trainer you will deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding our members in the gym environment to support them to achieve their goals. We will support growing your client base with a 3 day PT induction and continue growing your passion within health and fitness through our CDP courses.

As a Personal Trainer:

• Please be aware, you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role
• You will have a passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals.
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
• Be self-driven with a positive outlook
• Have a passion about customer service.
• 50% net revenue and £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week. (minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per session from your 16th, weekly)
• Flexible working hours - You choose when you are available for 121 training sessions. (minimum 25 hours a week)
