Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking freelance Personal Trainers to help members achieve health, fitness and performance goals with personalised coaching and lifestyle support. You’ll build strong relationships and grow your client base within Everlast Gyms across the UK.

You’ll deliver coaching in a thriving gym setting, leveraging Everlast resources and MOVE onboarding to accelerate business growth and member outcomes.

Qualifications

• Essential: Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification.
• Essential: Public Liability Insurance (£2 million cover or above).

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised fitness coaching and training programmes.
• Conduct fitness consultations and onboarding through MOVE programme.
• Build and grow your Personal Training client base.
• Lead Group Training sessions, workshops and member events.
• Support member engagement, retention and overall gym experience.
• Promote and deliver bespoke coaching services tailored to individual goals.
• Establish yourself as a trusted fitness professional within the club community.
• Contribute to a positive, motivating and results-driven gym culture.

The Role

As a freelance Personal Trainer, you'll be responsible for helping members achieve their health, fitness and performance goals through personalised coaching, exercise programming and lifestyle support.

Success in this role comes from building meaningful relationships with members, delivering exceptional coaching experiences and creating long-term client results.
