Job summary

EVERLAST GYMS in Blackburn is seeking a freelance Personal Trainer to help members achieve their fitness goals by delivering bespoke programming and one-to-one services. You will access our MOVE onboarding program and lead a variety of group training classes, events and workshops to grow your client base.

As part of a fast-paced team, you will benefit from dedicated marketing support, brand partnerships and ongoing development through our CIMPSA academy.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification or CIMSPA Practitioner certification.
• Experience in providing fitness programs and selling bespoke services.
• Public Liability Insurance (£2m cover or more) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide fitness programming for members and sell bespoke services.
• Deliver MOVE onboarding program and lead group training classes.
• Develop relationships with potential clients and nurture new memberships.
• Promote the Everlast Gyms brand and participate in events and workshops.

As a freelance Personal Trainer you will be responsible for helping members with their fitness and exercise programming via selling your bespoke services. We believe in supporting our freelance trainers and giving them the opportunity to be exposed to as any members as possible by allowing them access to deliver our exclusive member onboarding program MOVE, as well as lead a variety of group training classes, events and workshops that will open the door to building relationships with potential clients.
