David Lloyd Clubs in Basildon is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to deliver high‑quality sessions, create programming plans, and guide members in the gym to help them achieve their goals. You’ll join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group and benefit from a 3-day PT induction to grow your client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA required.
• Passionate about health and fitness and able to inspire members to achieve their goals.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Customer service passion.

As a Personal Trainer you will deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding our members in the gym environment to support them to achieve their goals. We will support growing your client base with a 3 day PT induction and continue growing your passion within health and fitness through our CDP courses.

• 50% net revenue and £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week. (minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per session from your 16th, weekly)

About you :

As a Personal Trainer:

• Please be aware, you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role
• You will have a passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals.

• Be self-driven with a positive outlook
• Have a passion about customer service.
