Job Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the professional services team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments seamlessly.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
  • Organise travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodation.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, ensuring all records are accurate and accessible.
  • Act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Personal/Team Assistant should have:

  • Previous 2 years previous experience, ideally in a search firm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
