SI Recruitment Limited in Darlington is seeking a Personal Tax Senior / Tax Assistant to join our established accountancy practice. The role covers a varied portfolio of personal tax work with opportunity to manage clients and develop technical knowledge.

You should have at least two years of tax experience, be confident working independently and as part of a team, with strong numerical and time-management skills. Exposure to Corporation Tax or Sage Payroll is advantageous.

Competenze

• Two years of experience in a tax environment, preferably personal tax.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload while collaborating with the team.
• Strong numerical skills, attention to detail and good time-management.

Mansioni

• Prepare Self Assessment and Partnership Tax Returns.
• Manage your own portfolio of clients and respond to queries year-round.
• Liaise with clients and HMRC regarding payments and enquiries.
• Prepare 60-day CGT returns and Let Property disclosures.
• Support with smaller HMRC tax enquiries and MTDfriendly returns.
