Job summary

TPF Recruitment are supporting an independent firm of Chartered Accountants in Eastleigh to hire a Personal Tax Senior into their growing tax team. The role blends compliance with advisory work for a varied client base, within a supportive culture offering flexibility.

You will manage private client portfolios including high-net-worth individuals, directors and partnerships, delivering timely returns and planning guidance while mentoring junior staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of personal tax compliance.
• Ability to manage client relationships and work independently.
• Keen to develop knowledge within private client taxation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of private tax clients including high-net-worth individuals and directors.
• Prepare and review personal tax returns and related compliance work.
• Provide personal tax planning and advisory support.
• Meet deadlines and maintain high client service standards.
• Mentor junior team members and support tax projects.
