Qualifications

• Strong personal tax experience gained within an accountancy practice.
• CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification, or relevant experience.
• Confident in managing client relationships, leading others and spotting commercial opportunities.
• Proactive, commercially minded approach balancing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of personal tax clients, delivering compliance and proactive tax planning advice.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities to add value.
• Review complex tax returns, manage risk and ensure consistently high standards.
• Lead, mentor and develop colleagues, helping shape the future of the team.
