Exeter Accountancy Practice in Exeter seeks a Personal Tax Manager to lead compliance and tax planning for a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, trusts and corporate owners. You will deliver a quality compliance service and collaborate with partners on wider advisory work.

You may be CTA and/or ATT/ACA/ACCA/TEP qualified with seven years or more focused on personal tax. The role offers progression within a supportive team, with negotiable benefits and a long-term career

A leading and successful accountancy practice based in Exeter is searching for a Personal Tax Manager to join their team as a key addition. You will progress within this growing business overseeing the delivery of a quality compliance service, whilst also with increasing involvement working on the delivery of wide ranging tax planning and project work.

Based in Exeter the firm has an excellent reputation both regionally and further afield. The firms tax department acts for wide ranging HNWIs, Trusts, Directors of their OMB and corporate clients and other wider ranging individuals. Whilst a quality compliance service is a key offering the firm has also has a focus on delivering wider advisory and tax planning and business advice and the right professional will carve a key position advising this firms wide ranging clients with progression and development on offer.

Description

Joining as Personal Tax Manager, based from the firms Exeter offices, you will deliver compliance and tax planning a wide ranging client base. The firm has varied clients across HNWIs, Trusts, property related, Directors of wide ranging corporate and OMB limited companies and other clients. You will preparer and review personal tax returns, overseeing the delivery of a quality compliance services and work with senior management and partners on wide ranging tax planning project work across capital gains tax, inheritance tax and other project work. The role provides an ideal opportunity for the right professional looking to looking to further their career in tax within a leading firm of accountants.

Profile

For this Personal Tax Manager role you may be either CTA and/or, ATT/ACA/ACCA/TEP qualified and you may have developed a focused personal tax career within an accountancy practice/ specialist tax firm background. You will have seven years experience or considerably more, focused delivering personal tax compliance and planning services in your career. You will be looking to further your tax career, within a highly regarded firm, where you progress and develop within your tax career leading on complex compliance and planning delivery, managing teams as key support to the firms directors.

Job Offer

£48,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable with benefits.
