Qualifications

• CTA qualified (or equivalent).
• Significant personal tax advisory experience gained within a practice environment.
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of personal tax matters.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships at a senior level.
• Experience of leading and developing a team.
• Commercially minded, with an appetite to contribute to the growth of the practice.

Responsibilities

• Leading and delivering complex personal tax advisory work across a varied client base.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Supporting business development and identifying opportunities to grow the personal tax portfolio.
• Mentoring and developing junior members of the tax team.
• Working collaboratively with partners and colleagues across the firm's multiple offices.
